Applications from qualified applicants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until the program is full. Complete this application (type your information) and email it to Ms Scarpaci in 1044 Pamplin. Sign the financial agreement and give it to Ms. Scarpaci in 1044 Pamplin.

You will be sent additional information about other forms that need to be completed.

You will be billed by the University for the $500 deposit. The balance of the program fee will be due February 28, 2008.
