Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis once all paperwork and online information is completed. There are three steps required to apply. These steps must be completed before you can be accepted into the program.
Step 1. Go to the VT Education Abroad site for the program and complete the application process. Click the "Apply Now" button and follow the instructions.
Step 2. Complete the Emergency Contact Information online questionnaire on the VT Education Abroad site. This page has instructions on completing the online questionnaires.
Step 3. You must:
a. Print, complete these forms, and sign where required.
b. Bring the forms to Ms. Tanko in the Undergraduate Programs Office, 1046 Pamplin Hall.
(You will not be considered for the program until steps 1, 2 and 3 are completed. Do not delay.)
Acceptance & Deposit
Once you are accepted into the program you will get an email about paying the $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, unless for some unforeseeable reason the trip is cancelled. A $1500 payment is due on February 8. The balance of the program fee is due on March 8, 2013.
Scholarships & Financial Aid
Some scholarships may be available from the Pamplin College of Business and Virginia Tech. You can apply through the Pamplin College of Business and VT Education Abroad. You must complete a FAFSA form (see VT financial aid) to receive any scholarship money.

In addition, more Financial Aid for this Study Abroad program may be available through the normal Virginia Tech channels. Please inform the faculty leaders if you are applying for Financial Aid.
