Applying

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis once all paperwork is completed. There are two steps required to apply. These steps must be completed before you can be accepted into the program.

Step 1. Go to VT Education Abroad site for this program and complete the application process. Click Apply Now and follow the on-screen instructions. Be sure to click the Submit button.

Step 2. You must then complete these forms and sign where required.

    1. Download the forms and save them onto your computer. This is important to do if you need more information to complete them.
    2. Complete the forms.
    3. Print and sign the forms.
    4. Bring the forms to Ms. Scarpaci in 1046 Pamplin.

Acceptance and Deposits

Once you are accepted into the program you will get an email about paying the $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, unless for some unforeseeable reason the trip is cancelled. A $1000 payment is due on February 1. The balance of the program fee is due on March 1, 2010.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

All students will receive a $300 scholarship from the Pamplin College of Business. The money will be deposited into your student account shortly before the program starts. You can use this money to cover your fees and expenses. See the Costs section for details.

In addition, Financial Aid for this Study Abroad course may be available through the normal Virginia Tech channels. Please inform the faculty leaders if you are applying for Financial Aid.
